Overruns are first quality shot tubes, but during the print process an error was made. The cause of overruns is usually from running extras to meet a customers full order. Once in a while a customer changes the order after it has been produced and no longer wants the tubes. Also... we very rarely make a design mistake and print in the wrong color or on the wrong tube.
